Andrew Chai is a Chinese Australian from Malaysia and has been playing semi professionally for the last 10 years.
As well as playing in local Perth bars and pubs, Andrew plays for private gigs such as birthdays, and Asian related community and corporate functions including ones for Chung Hwa Association and WA Chinese Chamber of Commerce. He is currently a regular at Fine China Restaurant and Cambridge Forum.
A-Chai sings in different languages including Mandarin, Cantonese, Hindi - Indian, Malay, Japanese, Tagalog-Filipino, Indonesian, Vietnamese, and of course English, and some French, Italian and Spanish too!
He is versatile with a huge repertoire covering songs from the Classics to today's contemporary music and catering to guests of various nationalities.
