BBC are exclusively an entertainment agency, that’s what we do best! But we do have contacts all over the events industry and would be happy to give you recommendations if you need some assistance with other aspects of your event!
A lot of factors are involved when quoting entertainment - some things that may impact the costs would be venue location, audience size & length of time.
Special event dates like NYE, Christmas and Melbourne Cup can also affect the fees.
Please get in touch so we can tailor the quote to suit your event; our turn-around time for personalised proposals is usually less than 24 hours, quite often same day!
Give us a call or email and let us know the key details of the event (date, time, venue) so we can make sure the act you want is available. We will then confirm or provide you with some other great acts that are similar if what you originally want isn’t available. Sometimes it turns out what you want isn’t quite right for your event/audience and we can guide you in the right direction.
We regularly work with clients from all over Australia and even Internationally! Our acts love to travel, and we may also have contacts for entertainment in your local area.
Once it is all locked in, BBC require a 50% deposit to secure the talent. An invoice will be sent to you with payment options – direct deposit, bpay, credit card or cheque.
The balance will then be due at least 14 days prior to the event date. We are quite flexible so if this doesn’t match your company’s payment terms please get in touch and we can work something out!
No worries! Get in touch with your friendly BBC representative and we can work with the acts to make sure they can accommodate any changes!
As soon as you decide to cancel your entertainment, we need to know immediately. If you wish to cancel without penalty, then we require written notification no later than 28 days prior to your event. Deposits are non-refundable. In the case of COVID-19 related lockdowns and restrictions, each booking will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
