WA-born Jazz & Blues Vocalist, Simone Craddock, was based in London for 20 years, performing in the capitol’s most prestigious venues, including Ronnie Scotts, Houses of Parliament, and Live at Zedel. She has a presence born of leading roles on the West End stage & International tours of Annie, Jesus Christ Superstar, Dirty Dancing, and Hello Dolly!
Simone returned home to win the 2020 Fringe World Music & Musicals Award for her her critically acclaimed, box office smash-hit, Nina, Love Simone. In 2021 and 2022 she went on to sweep the Music & Musicals awards for her sold-out seasons of Ella & Louis and Birth of the Blues!
Since then, Simone has produced and starred in sold-out seasons at The State Theatre Centre of WA and Government House Ballroom. She has performed as guest soloist with Perth Symphony Orchestra, starred in Cabaret De Paris at His Majesty's Theatre, and sang Australia's National Anthem at Government House for The Honourable Kim Beazley AC, Governor of Western Australia.
Simone has quickly become a favourite on the Western Australian Jazz & Cabaret scene and can often be found sipping champagne, telling terrible jokes and serenading the good folk at The Ellington Jazz Club.
