The Perth-born journalist has worked in the television industry for almost 20 years. She recently returned to WA afters pending close to a decade in Sydney with Channel 9. Natalia worked for several years on the Today Show as their weather presenter, broadcasting live from across Australia and the globe. The job taking her to America, The United Kingdom, Dubai, Fiji and the Cook Islands. She’s done everything from wrestling crocodiles with The Irwins in Far North Queensland to covering the Royal Wedding of Harry and Meghan in Windsor.
During her years with 9 in Sydney, Natalia also reported from the scene of bushfires, floods and cyclones. She’s filled in hosting Weekend Today and reading the news on Today Show. Natalia has presented the Morning and Afternoon News and weather on the flagship 6pmbulletin.
Sandra Bullock, John Cleese and Ash Barty are some of the well-known names she’s interviewed.
Natalia began her career with Channel 9Perth in 2003 as a cadet journalist and quickly became the station’s 6pmweather presenter and fill-in newsreader.
In 2009, she was hired to replace Jeff Newman as weather presenter at 7 News Perth and went on to host their local 4pmbulletin.
Natalia studied Journalism at Curtin University and has a passion for meeting people and telling their stories.
She currently works for 9 News Perth as a senior reporter and presenter and is loving living back in her home state with her husband, Carl and son, Ezra.
